Development of a functional control description for the new TROF Converter Ventilation System at Fujairah Gold's Precious Metals Recovery Plant. The scope addressed relocation and modification of equipment from Sterlite India to improve performance and worker safety.

- Integration of a new enclosure and optimized hooding for improved primary and secondary emissions capture
- Design and control logic for baghouse, induced draft fan, and DynaWave wet scrubber system
- Conversion of the scrubber reagent system from lime to caustic with updated operating philosophy
- Draft and damper control strategy to balance gas flows across primary and secondary systems
- Recommendations for data logging, alarm setpoints, and commissioning adjustments
